Click Start and then click Start Search
Type Regedit and then press Enter
Locate the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed
Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C}

On the right pane double click IsInstalled key and change the value to 1 from 0
Click Ok
Close the Registry Editor
Restart the Computer
