Unable to open Microsoft Outlook 2007

To resolve the problem follow the steps below:

Click Start and then Run, type taskmgr.exe and then click Ok.
In the TaskManager click on Processes tab.
Locate Outlook.exe process in the list.
Right-click and then select End process.
Close Task Manager.
Launch Microsoft Outlook 2007 again. You may be able to launch the program.
